You can request deletion of your Helptrovert data at any time. The request covers the account and the data tied to it, subject to any legal retention requirements.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion in any of the following ways:
- From your dashboard or account settings if a delete option is available.
- By sending a WhatsApp message to support and including the email address associated with your account.
- By emailing support with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. What Gets Deleted
When deletion is completed, the following data is removed from active systems:
- Your account and profile information.
- Connected WhatsApp sessions and service data.
- Messages stored on the platform.
- Contacts, conversation summaries, and knowledge base content.
- AI settings, preferences, and configuration data.
- Subscription and billing records except where retention is required by law.
- Activity logs and analytics data associated with the account.
4. Timeline
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. During that period, your account may be deactivated and connected services disconnected. Once deletion is completed, it cannot be reversed.
5. Data We May Retain
We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as tax or accounting documents. When possible, retained data is anonymised and used only for legal compliance.
