Helptrovert provides an AI-powered WhatsApp automation platform that processes incoming messages, generates replies from your business knowledge base, and supports escalation, logging, contact management, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and how it is used.

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Only connect WhatsApp numbers you own or are authorized to use.
• Be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without consent.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or deceive any person.
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate a person or organization.
• Violate WhatsApp policies, applicable laws, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

We use AI to draft customer replies, but the output can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for the messages sent through your account, so we recommend reviewing important interactions and keeping your knowledge base current.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page unless we state otherwise.

• Prices may be displayed in Nigerian Naira or another supported currency depending on your plan and region.
• You can cancel any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We may change pricing with advance notice where required.
• Discounts and promotional offers may have their own terms and limits.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. WhatsApp connectivity also depends on WhatsApp infrastructure and other third-party systems outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Our platform, brand assets, and original content belong to Helptrovert. Your business data and knowledge base content remain yours, and you grant us a limited license to use that content only to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay any applicable fees. When your account is terminated, your right to use the service ends immediately, and you may request deletion of your data separately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where Helptrovert operates, unless a different rule is required by law.
